On 18th June 2025, IMHA hosted its second Masterclass for Alliance members in collaboration with Sattva Consulting, focused on “From Vision to Verification: Strengthening Programs through Theory of Change (ToC) and Results-Based Management (RBM).” The session introduced participants to the fundamentals of ToC and RBM, explored the link between activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact, and emphasised the importance of outcome-level change for funders. Participants learned to define SMART indicators (Specific, Measurable, Attributable, Realistic, and Time-bound), reflect on assumptions and risks in planning, and apply ToC templates through hands-on case studies. Designed for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) staff, program managers, and teams tracking outcomes, the session offered clear, practical tools to strengthen program strategy and impact measurement.
