On 5th February, we joined a gathering hosted by Accelerate Indian Philanthropy (AIP) in partnership with ILSS – India Leaders for Social Sector to discuss ways to tackle some of India’s most urgent social challenges. Our Founding Trustee Vasvi Bharat Ram and Executive Director Karan Malik led the conversation at the mental health table, joining Apni Shala and Bapu Trust. The session highlighted the need to prioritise mental health in development work and encouraged deeper, more collaborative partnerships between funders and nonprofits.
