We hosted the first of four planned Alliance Member Consultations leading up to our inaugural Annual Convening in Delhi on September 29. The session brought together 32 member organisations from across sectors and regions, offering valuable insights into the challenges they face in investing in their own growth. Key themes that emerged included the need for more sectoral dialogue on measurement metrics, democratising mental health language, better understanding the funding landscape, and centering lived experience in employee well-being and organisational policies.
