Consultation- Integrating Mental Health into Cross-Sectoral Programming
We hosted the second in our series of Alliance Member Consultations, with a focus on Cross-Sectoral Programming. The session brought together over 40 member organisations working across mental health, education, livelihoods, health, child protection, and more. Discussions centred on how to create cross-sectoral programmes that integrate mental health with broader sustainable development goals, and the challenges involved—from lack of capacity to limited funding for integrated approaches. Members highlighted the importance of meaningfully including lived experience in programme design and reflected on what meaningful support could look like, including sectoral toolkits, shared vocabularies, peer learning spaces, and funder engagement.
